Q. What kind of paper do you print on?

A. All prints are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive pro-grade paper and have a lustre (matt) finish. 

Q. Do you offer sizes that are not listed in the shop? 

A. I am happy to discuss custom sizes, just drop me an email. 

Q. Do the print images in your shop display accurately what the print will look like when it arrives? 

A. Colour can depend on the brightness levels and settings of your screen. I have tried to display as carefully as is possible how the print will appear, but just be aware that it may vary slightly. All four sizes on offer are the same crop, and full bleed. 

Q. Do you offer framing services? 

A. This is coming very soon- At the moment, I am updating the shop to reflect this. A simple white frame will be available soon for all prints. 

Q. Can I order a print I have seen on davidwickhamphotography.com or your Instagram account, that I can't see in the shop?

A. Just drop me an email, and I'll try my best to help. 

Q. Why are your shipping costs relatively high?

A. I send all my orders using either ParcelForce or Royal Mail Special Delivery- which is more expensive than regular mail. This means tracking is available on all orders, and a signature will be required. I prefer this method to ensure the best level of service. 

Q. How long will it take to receive my prints? 

A. As a busy working photographer, I try my best to have print only orders ready to ship within 5 days. For UK orders, delivery is then expected to be around 2 to 3 days. For international orders, it varies, but is usually around 5 to 7 days. Framed prints are ready to ship within 2 to 3 weeks, and the estimated delivery is 2 to 3 days for UK orders, and 5 to 7 days for international orders. David Wickham Print Shop is not responsible for any delays. 

Q. Do you accept returns? 

A. I am not able to accept returns at this time. If your order is not delivered due to a incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. If a print is damaged in transit, please let me know, occasional exceptions are made on a case by case basis. 

Q. What if my print arrives damaged? 

A. I can look at this on a case by case basis, so get in touch. 

Q. How are the prints packaged? 

A. Smaller prints are delivered in a flat cardboard mailer, larger prints come rolled in a cardboard tube.
